Rebecca’s expertise and skill in helping us articulate our vision, understand what we needed as an organisation and then designing the ultimate result, was amazing. When we were looking to create our new workspace, we knew we needed to partner with a Design & Construction company that would get in our shoes and understand who we are, our story and our vision – the team at Evoke stood out and were the clear winners. I would recommend Evoke specifically because they actually took time to understand what we needed and wanted, and they delivered it in full. I think the way that we’ve seen the staff interact already in their new environment, the smiles, the fun, the expressions of excitement, to me that’s the most important thing because that’s what’s going to sustain the performance of the institute in the long term. I think we were really assured every step of the way that what our expectations at the start of the project were going to be met in full by Evoke. We wanted to partner with an organisation that understood what we were trying to achieve with a cultural reinvention, and that’s exactly what Evoke did for us.įriends, on time and in budget springs to mind, that’s always a good thing when you’re working with anybody who is doing large scale projects.
They brought vision, imagination and inspiration to our daily lives. We approached Evoke because we wanted to reinvigorate the Tax Institute and make a fantastic home for all of our employees. SAME PROBLEM.When I walked into the finished product, I was struck by the contemporary nature of what it was going to look like and feel like, and I was trying to put myself in the shoes of a member who perhaps had walked into our old building over the last 10 years and suddenly was thinking, ‘Wow, the Tax Institute is on the move, it’s changing.’ So I replaced the CPU (from an untested gameboy). At this moment I believed there's something wrong with the CPU. The original left channel still has the same problem.Ħ. I swapped channels before going inside the amp just to make sure the amp is working.
But if I cut the Right channel, the Left channel has only noise (no longer the gameboy logo sound followed by noise).ĥ. If I remove C4 (cutting the LEFT channel), the right channel is still working fine. I even swapped them between channel and no difference.Ĥ. I checked the 2 caps and 2 resistors on the CPU sound output. I checked the volume pot, I even bypass it with wires. I even swapped channels to make sure the board is working.Ģ. I made sure the small sound board is working. I've attached a schematic for the sound I found online.ġ. The same happens for the internal speaker and also for the headphones. On the LEFT channel i can only hear very faded the gameboy logo and after that the Left channel outputs some noise, and the noise has the right volume.
